Does resin bonding require a primer?

If you are laying a Resin Bonded surface onto concrete, a primer is recommended to ensure a good bond to the surface for the resin bound and bonded finishes. This generally consists of a two pack, fast curing epoxy primer with a scattering of C52 sand, which will usually set in 90 minutes.

When applying, be sure to mask off any areas that are close to edges with a suitable tape, but make sure this is removed prior to the resin being fully set.
